Mothers day Menu
To Begin...A Welcome Reception in the Lodge
Check-in with the host at the Lodge and enjoy a glass of wine or a Mimosa, alongside our wood-burning fireplace, while sampling a variety of bite-size pastries. Snacks, sparkling cider and apple juice for the youngsters.

Seating
The host will escort you to your awaiting table at The Boathouse Restaurant.
The First Course
A family-style, ornate fruit platter with house-made muffins.

The Main Course…
Mother’s Day omelet with three farm-fresh eggs, portabella and wild morel mushrooms, shrimp and white truffle cheese melt; served with buttermilk rosemary mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetable.

Boathouse benedict with two farm fresh eggs, served poached over a slice of smoked ham or Dungeness crab and
English muffin; topped with Boathouse hollandaise; served with sliced red potatoes and chef’s
vegetable.

English cut USDA choice prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish; served with sliced red potatoes and chef’s vegetable.

Hazelnut crusted Alaskan halibut with blackberry coulis; served with buttermilk rosemary mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetable.

Grilled portabella mushroom with extra virgin olive oil; topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and glazed with calypso bean medley; served with buttermilk rosemary mashed potatoes and chef’s vegetable.
